Booking Policy
DEPOSITS
A $40 deposit is required for all services at the time of booking. Deposits go toward your appointments. 100% of the service charged to a card on file. No call/no show will result in a forfeit of any possible refunds. Future appointments may also be declined.
RESCHEDULING
If your appt is not rescheduled within 24 hours of cancelling your deposit will not be transferrable or refunded
CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of scheduled appointments or 50% of the service fee will be charged to the card on file. `
LATE POLICY
Late arrival of more than 15 minutes is subject to a cancellation or service duration could be reduced. A $50 fee will be applied. If appt is cancelled you will have to reschedule. Your deposit will also be forfeited.
AFTER HOURS
Appointments needed after 5:00pm are available for an extra fee.
EARLY BIRD
Appointments needed before 9:00am are available for an extra fee.
WANT TO JOIN OUR V.I.P OR STAY HOME?
Appointments requested on Sundays or Mondays are considered VIP appointments. Request a V.I.P appointment by sending your request to (901) 490-5067 with your desired date and time. Response time is within 3-4 hours. A $50 fee will be applied if request is approved.
HOUSE CALLS
Need a home appointment? No problem! House calls are available for an additional fee of $100.
