At Annsthetics, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their beauty care products. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us.
No refunds unless communicated and approved by Annsthetics Lash Studio. Exchanges are permitted within 3 days. Items must be unopened and unused. Contact us for assistance.
If your return is accepted, you are responsible for all shipping costs.
Shipping Info
Standard Shipping is 3-5 Business Days. Please allow up to 7 business days after your order is confirmed to receive your order.
Tracking information will be sent to you after your order is processed. Please allow up to 48 business hours for order processing. Once your tracking number is received, track your order using usps tracking system.
